We hope you love your Bennetto products as much as we do. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to return an order.

If you purchased your products online and change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at admin@bennetto.eu before returning any products.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you must return the products to us within 14 days. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns where the product packaging has been opened or its seal has been broken.

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted products to us. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as the products remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Once we have received your return, or you have provided evidence that it has been sent, we will issue your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method and will include the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service will not be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or incorrect, please contact us at admin@bennetto.eu as soon as reasonably possible. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund. We will provide instructions for returning the products where necessary and will cover any reasonable return postage costs.

Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
