Ingredients
Biscuits:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 coconut sugar
1 egg yolk (or replace with one tsp of ground flax seed soaked in 1tbs water)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
150g melted butter
Gnash
Bennetto 100g Original Dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter of choice
50g cream
Method:
Biscuits:

Method:
- In a large bowl sift together flour and baking soda
- Add remaining ingredients
- Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork
- Fan bake for 15 mins at 170 degrees. While cooking, prepare gnash
- Melt over double boiler
- Add in softened butter of choice and cream
- Stir and place in fridge until thickens but still workable and holds its shape
- After allowing biscuits to cool, pipe gnash in between two biscuits
